Meet the team

At St Andrew's we believe in every member ministry, so really every member of the church is part of the team. Below are some of the people who work at St Andrew's or who have a particuar role.

Revd Pete Jackson

Vicar / Lead Pastor

Pete is married to Sharon and they have three children. They moved to Kendray in 2007. Before becoming a vicar Pete was a graphic designer in London. He has worked for churches in Newcastle and Lowestoft. He loves sharing the great news of Jesus with the people of Kendray.

Amanda Clough

Pastoral Assistant

Amanda grew up in Darfield, but started coming to St Andrew's in 2007. She is married to Paul, and they have four children. Most mornings between 6-7AM you will find Amanda open water swimming in the lake at Manvers - including throughout the winter. Amanda oversees the pastoral care of women, helps with Sunday Club for children, and helps with biblical counselling.

Helen Mitchell

Pastoral Assistant

Helen is married to Daniel and has two sons. She first moved to Kendray in 2008 - and was our first children's worker. Since then she has done some other things, but is now back at St Andrew's as a Pastoral Assistant - overseeing the children's Sunday Clubs, helping to run 'The Road to Recovery' (addictions ministry) and helping to care for women in the church.

Paul Clough

Church Warden

Paul is married to Amanda and they have four children.  As well as being a Churchwarden, Paul also looks after the maintenance of our buildings. He is a data scientist - whatever that means! If you ever wondered who supports Ipswich Town FC, Paul is that man.
